Refund policy

At Bam Canada, we strive to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. As such, all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in cases where an item is found to have a manufacturer defect or qualifies for a warranty claim under our 2-year warranty policy. 

We recognize, however, that unique situations may arise. If you believe your case warrants consideration for a return or exchange, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email at info@bamcases.ca. Our team is committed to reviewing each request on a case-by-case basis and working with you to find an appropriate resolution.  

In cases where a cancellation or return is approved as an exception, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
